Did you know there is a right way and a wrong way to burn a candle?!
Trim wick to 6mm before lighting. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface. Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Also ensure that the melt pool reaches the edges of the vessel before blowing out the candle, soy wax has a memory, and doing this will prevent tunneling and give you the most use out of your candle! Do not leave your candle unattended!
